- The form you fill out to request an appointment and our exchanges are end-to-end encrypted and subject to a confidentiality policy.
- The prices I set are completely non-negotiable.
- The deposit required to secure your booking can be paid by bank transfer to my Wise account (based in Belgium). Your data is secured directly by these two platforms; I do not have access to it.
- Cancellation conditions: the deposit is non-refundable.
- In cases of cancellation more than 48 hours before the session, the deposit paid will be retained if you reschedule the session within 45 days of the original session date. Beyond that, you will lose your deposit.
- In cases of cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the session, you will lose your deposit and you will have to pay another deposit to book again.
- In cases of cancellation less than 24 hours before the session, you will lose your deposit and I will expect you to pay the full amount as it is impossible for me to schedule another appointment in your place. Exceptional case: in case of a health problem, you will be exempt from full payment upon presentation of an official certificate (sick leave, COVID-19 test result, hospital discharge papers, etc.).
- Conditions for a successful session: you will arrive sober, clean, rested, and hydrated. You will respect my boundaries and my consent. If you are intoxicated (alcohol, drugs) or if you exceed my boundaries, I will end the session and send you home, and no refund will be possible. You will be added to my blacklist, and I will no longer accept appointments with you.
